Washoe County jail takes part in program to let it identify illegal aliens with fingerprints
RENO (AP) — The Washoe County jail in Reno has become the first in Nevada to participate in a federal program allowing jailers to use fingerprints to establish the immigration status and criminal history of inmates.

More than 100 inmates can’t be put on trial because of a lack of evidence and the Bush administration considers them too dangerous to release.
Defense Secretary Robert Gates, who will remain in Obam’s administration, said at a news conference yesterday that closing Guantanamo should be a "high priority" and that new legislation will be needed to keep released detainees from seeking asylum in the U.S
How many will be able to seek asylum if Obama closes the base before legislation prevents these terrorists from seeking asylum in the US?
