A bill has been passed by the US Congress to make widows and widowers of U.S. citizens, eligible for green cards despite the deaths of their spouses before the approval of their applications. Several widows and widowers of US citizens like Dahianna Heard, Raquel Williams, and Ana Maria Moncayo-Gigax have fought a long, legal battle to be eligible for USA citizenship due to the untimely death of their spouses. This news brings new hope to them. Earlier, the foreign national spouse of a U.S. citizen was granted a ‘conditional green card’ till the marriage is two-years old. Towards the end of two years, they should jointly apply for a permanent green card for the spouse, removing the condition. This was done to ensure that no pretense marriages for the sake of getting a green card took place. Unfortunately due to the sudden death of the spouses, many, as seen in the cases of Dahianna Heard, Raquel Williams, and Ana Maria Moncayo-Gigax, were deprived of green card eligibility. This new bill that forms part of the Homeland Security Appropriations Bill does away with the ‘widow penalty’ that required the couple to be married for two years before the surviving spouse can apply for USA citizenship. Not only hundreds of widows and widowers were not granted green cards due to this harsh penalty, a few unlucky ones were deported by USA Immigration. But the federal government has now declared a halt to all deportation proceedings concerned with green card eligibility for two years. But some immigration attorneys still feel this doesn’t do justice to those already deported. Now, green card eligibility will be granted irrespective of when the spouse died or how long have the couple have been married. In addition to the surviving spouse, green card application can be submitted for their children also.

You are seeking to talk to foreign women who are unknown to you. You seem to have confused the right to say what you want without restriction with a non-existent right to speak to a particular person at the particular moment you choose. Also unhappiness from women. I know, don’t worry. This cult appears to sanction unspeakable treatment of those people outside the cult, and of women within its ranks.
However, the more gullible and naive of those Americans who DO marry some of these asian women actually do so under the pretense of ‘love’. The marital union is fine until that greencard is granted. The 2 major scam organizations on internet are the Russian Women scam. The most obvious proof of it that most of the scam profiles of so called Russian women are manufactured from locations in certain common areas. I would say that I am attracted to women that are the opposite of my mother, to be blunt and honest. I didn’t/don’t have a great relationship with her, so I am attracted to women that represent a certain stability and pureness that I did not receiver from her.
30 people were indicted in south Florida for allegedly arranging fake marriages for more than 100 foreigners. Also in September, a dozen others were indicted in Chicago in a similar case. The investigation, dubbed Operation Newlywed Game, resulted in 44 indictments on charges of conspiracy, misuse of visas and marriage fraud. Not all have been arrested. Now, a Miami INS Official and a paralegal from the Miami area have been indicted in a fraudulent marriage ploy. For a payment of $4000 or more, the paralegal allegedly served as matchmaker to arrange marriages for immigration benefits.
It’s a long story but bascially I’ve been offered $35,000 to “marry” an Asian woman so she can get her Canadian citizenship. The deal is this: we are to share a two-bedroom condo in Yaletown and there is no sex allowed (she has a boyfriend back home) and the contract if for a year, at which point we divorce. Gardai also found that 400 of the applications to reside in Ireland based on marriage to an EU citizen were from Pakistanis.
